 FAQs

  • YES! Please bring your baby and you may keep them with you in their carseat or feel free to bring a blanket to set them on next to your mat.

  • The 45 minute follow along class is led by Christine, a certified perinatal trainer. We will start with the basics of breathing and mobility, and class will get progressively harder each week.

  • All classes will have available PDFs to follow along at home.

  • Class meets 2x a week on Wednesday & Friday @ 11:15.

    The next block runs September 17 - October 24th.

    The next block after that will run October 29 - December 12.

  • The 6 week class costs $250. Early bird pricing is available to the first 4 people to sign up - message Christine for more details!

    Classes will be kept to 8 people. If there is space available, drop-ins will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
