That’s WHy we created Mommy bootcamp

Mommy Bootcamp is 60-minute strength training class just for moms, pregnant or postpartum, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve had your baby.

Here’s what makes it different:

  • Core + Pelvic Floor Work at the start of every class

  • Progressive Strength Training so you see real gains (and muscle growth!)

  • Kid-Friendly: sign your little one up for the kids’ room while you train

  • Laid-Back Community: moms who love to lift, laugh, and support each other

  • Variety + Growth: each class has a different focus but builds on the last

FAQs

  • Yes! If your kiddo is small enough to stay in their carseat during the workout, you are more than welcome to keep them with you!

  • Mommy Bootcamp is a 60 minute workout centered around building strength and muscular endurance, while supporting good habits that protect & repair our cores that have been stretched from pregnancy!

    Every class will look different, but you will get a full-body workout each class, complete with mobility and core, that can be modified for any fitness level!

  • No! Mommy Bootcamp is for women of all ages, shapes, fitness levels, and sizes. Protecting and strengthening your core and pelvic floor will help with prevention of prolapse.

    Whether you are pregnant, postpartum (6 weeks to 6 years!), all are welcome.

  • The kids room will always be staffed during Bootcamp! One of our own Moms will be taking care of your littles, so you can get your 60 minutes to yourself.

    It is a half wall, so you can see them but they can’t see you!

  • After your first week for $10, you can purchase a punch pass!

    10 Classes for $150

    The kids space is included in this price.
