Mommy Bootcamp is 60-minute strength training class just for moms, pregnant or postpartum, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve had your baby.

Here’s what makes it different:

  • Core + Pelvic Floor Work at the start of every class

  • Progressive Strength Training so you see real gains (and muscle growth!)

  • Kid-Friendly: sign your little one up for the kids’ room while you train

  • Laid-Back Community: moms who love to lift, laugh, and support each other

When: Monday + Wednesday + Friday @ 10am
Length: 60 minutes each class
Childcare: Kids’ room available (sign up when you register!)
